Cancellation Policy

At Nexvara Studio, we aim to provide you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please read through our cancellation policy to understand how to manage your order and what options are available.

Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly to ensure that your items are delivered as soon as possible. However, if you need to cancel your order, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order within 1-2 hours after placing it, before it is processed for shipping.
  • After Order Processing: Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to return the items once they have arrived.

How to Cancel Your Order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. The earlier you contact us, the more likely we can stop the processing and cancellation:

Please include the following details in your cancellation request:

  • Order Number
  • Your Full Name
  • Reason for Cancellation (optional)

We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. If your order has already been shipped or processed, you will need to initiate a return once the item arrives.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Before Shipment: If your order is canceled before it has been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to return the items and receive a refund.

Important Notes

  • Order Cutoff Time: Our daily order cutoff time is 05:00 pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Shipping Fees: In case your order is canceled after shipment, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days from the cancellation date.
