1. What are your business hours?
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays, but feel free to email us, and we will respond during business hours.
2. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping. However, we offer free shipping for all orders within South Africa!
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Time: Once processed, your order will typically be delivered within 3-8 business days, depending on your location.
- Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 4-11 business days from the time of purchase.
Please note that delivery times can vary based on location and courier availability.
4. What is your cutoff time for orders?
Our daily order cutoff time is 05:00 pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package directly through the courier’s website.
6. Do you charge for shipping?
No, we offer free shipping on all orders within South Africa. There are no hidden shipping fees or charges on any of our products!
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed. If you need to make changes, please contact us at info@nexvarastudio.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer if the wrong order was placed.
9. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
10. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please email us at info@nexvarastudio.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
11. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We strive to provide you with the best products, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@nexvarastudio.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by offering a return, exchange, or refund.

14. Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. Our returns policy allows you to return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
