  • Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

  • Free Shipping Offers: While we offer free shipping on your initial order, return shipping will need to be covered by the customer in the case of an incorrect order.

Refunds

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

Order Cut-off Time & Shipping Information

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • Processing & Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times range from 3-8 business days, depending on your location, with a total delivery window of 4-11 business days.
