At Nexvara Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we've made it easy to return items and get a refund. Please read through our Return & Refund Policy to understand the process.
Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible for you.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Eligibility for Return: Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized items.
- How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nexvarastudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: If you made a wrong order (for example, ordered the wrong size or color), the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- Return Shipping Instructions: We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return. Nexvara Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.
Refunds
- Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and reflect the amount in your account.
- Refund Amount: Your refund will include the full price of the item(s) returned. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the item first for a refund and then place a new order for the item you wish to exchange it for.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Damage During Shipping: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@nexvarastudio.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether by providing a refund or sending a replacement.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong item (e.g., a different color or size), please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We’ll provide you with a return label and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

Important Notes
- Non-returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. This includes any personal items such as underwear or swimwear.
- Return Shipping Fees: If you are returning an item because you made a wrong order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to return items.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return once it’s received. Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment method or bank.
